Love Your Practice

Aug 26, 2020

Our days can be so busy that it is easy to go home feeling exhausted! Ever since the COVID shutdown, there have been changes in our practices that are just wearing us out… possibly due to our new PPE or a lack of order to our days. With so much coming at us, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and tired. However, there are several actions you can do to help you not only get through your day better but also avoid feeling exhausted at the end of your day!

In this episode, I share my list of actions that I have for you. These pointers are changes - both physical and mental - that you can incorporate into your life to help you manage your days and your feelings so that you are not so tired. From actions as simple as making a concerted effort to drink more water and work in some exercise to understanding the vital concept of “emotional adulthood,” I will walk you through practices that can change how you progress through your days, take steps to trigger positive feelings from your thoughts and satisfy the basic human need in all of us to help others around us. This episode will help you get back to enjoying your days and benefitting both physically and mentally!

Join me in this episode to hear about the methods and benefits of incorporating these practices into your day so you can avoid going home exhausted… and I’ll tell you about a current special on my coaching services and why now is a great time to get some guidance with using your incredible brain to your benefit!
