We women need each other and need to support each other through positivity! We are all going through similar challenges… While we may be apart, we are also very much together in our experiences of life’s ups and downs. In this episode, Dr. Laura welcomes Dr. Laura Schwindt who believes in “hacking your happiness chemicals.” Right now, we all need as many of those happiness chemicals as we can tap into, and we can accomplish this by choosing positive thoughts and actions.
Your feelings matter! This episode will enhance your self-care by showing you how you can carefully include well-orchestrated moments of mindfulness and joy into tasks throughout the day. Actively doing certain actions can release chemicals into your brain that create positive feelings and invigorate you. These actions can include a wide range of great activities such as simply practicing gratitude after an accomplishment, complimenting others, playing with animals, being outside, and enjoying nice smells. These actions will help train your brain, and it will begin to focus on positive experiences! Listen to this episode for some easy ways to give yourself more credit for what you accomplish in a day and learn to give yourself the self-care you need so you can recharge and be ready to tackle the next day. We have an amazing mind-heart connection, and physical manifestations will help you recognize the need to focus on positivity. Friends, listen now to fasttrack your path to releasing your happiness hormones!
